Licensing

We charge our partners/customers for consumed licenses.

Base principles:

• chargeable entity is machine with finished replica

• billing period is a calendar month with alignment to UTC time

• one license is being consumed for every unique machine (by its Acura internal ID) that has replicas (protected / parked / warned / error state ) in the billing period

For example:

Customer has installed agent and registered new machine on Oct 2nd. Initial replica has been completed on Oct 3rd and therefore this machine consumed one license. Second machine has been discovered and completed initial replication on Oct 23rd and consumed one more license. Customer has deleted one of the machines on Oct 29th, but as license has been already consumed, so he will be charged for 2 licenses for October.
