Failover Image Download
Added the ability to download images in raw format from active CloudSides. Now users can download images and snip up VMs from them.

Users can get Cutover Report on UI with ability to download it in .csv format.

Quotas Checks
We do cloud quotas checks before any actions which require additional cloud resources: ports, volumes, floating IPs, instances, snapshots, etc. For different clouds we have different list of quotas checks.
This feature gives opportunity to fail the action before we face an error and inform the user what is wrong and what is not enough to continue.
Initconfig UX Improvements
Improvements in errors messages during initial configuration: the user gets more detailed message which contains information what is wrong to give him opportunity to fix the issue by himself and successfully pass initial configuration of Acura.
